Volunteer Spotlight:
Ted W.
Ted grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He and his family moved to Nashville from Los Angeles about seven years ago. They were tired of LA and wanted to be somewhere more conducive to raising a family. In order by age not priority, they have a 12-year-old yorkie-poo, a 4-year-old daughter, and 4-month-old identical twin boys. We asked Ted some questions.
If you were a TN native animal which one would you be?
I think it depends on who you ask. I'd like to think I am a very handsome and majestic soaring eagle but I'm probably closer to a woodpecker.
What do you enjoy most about volunteering?
I like the people and seeing the different animals while volunteering.
What made you interested in local wildlife?
I've always been interested in wildlife and I earned a degree in Wildlife Biology from The University of Montana.
What are your hobbies?
I like reading, playing music (Y'all! Check him OUT!), and gardening.
What's next on your bucket list?
Go on vacation... without my children.
Harmony Wildlife loves Ted!
